About Eliot

As a proud resident of the West Seattle Area since 2016, I found my heart and home in White Center when I purchased a house there in 2019. From the moment I settled into this vibrant community, I knew I wanted to make a difference. Drawing from my upbringing as an Eagle Scout, where the values of charity and community service were instilled in me, I felt a deep calling to give back, particularly to marginalized LGBTQ+ individuals who have faced decades of adversity.

Joining the board of White Center Pride in 2019 was a natural step for me, and now, in my second year as President, I am honored to lead this incredible organization. My vision for White Center Pride is rooted in expanding our impact and support for the LGBTQ+ community. Currently, our focus is on raising funds to establish a program that will provide grants to LGBTQ+ youth facing hardship, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to thrive.
 

Supported by my friends, beloved pets Stevie and Mookie, and the unwavering backing of business stakeholders in the White Center community, I am determined to make a meaningful difference. Together, we are building a future where all LGBTQ+ individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to live their authentic lives. As President of White Center Pride, I am committed to fostering a community where everyone is celebrated for who they are, and where love, acceptance, and equality reign supreme.
